📦 Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

To request a return, contact us within 3–7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

  • Wrong purchase decision
  • Product used after delivery

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued via your original payment method or bank transfer

If the product is not eligible for return, no refund will be issued.
